Tuna (drained of water), mayonnaise, onions, 1/2 of a lemon juice, diced tomatoes, chopped pickles and lots of cheddar cheese. Cut a pita bread in half and opened up one half to make a pocket. Added tuna mixture inside pita pocket and warmed in toaster oven till cheese melted. Cut in half and served with mini pickles. Mom kept saying how good it was. (I added more onions for her. She loves fish and onions.
