This is a standby that my mother loves and so do I. But lately I have been sprucing them up. I boiled the perogies and in a separate pan I fried up bacon and onions. When the perogies were ready I put them in a bowl with butter then when the onions were ready I transferred the perogies to the fry pan. Mom loved them and had seconds. Yum yum 😋
